VIRTUAL SALES REP: Turn Leads and Calls into Commission & Bonuses

    Job Summary: As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for incoming retail automotive Sales Leads and Phone Calls. Connect with dozens of potential buyers every day by phone, email, and text message.

    Schedule & Location:

    ·       Rotating 8-hour morning/afternoon shifts (includes weekends & holidays)

    ·       Your office: Full-time Remote

    ·       HQ: Kamloops, BC

    What You’ll Do:

    ·       Respond to inquiries and convert leads, follow-ups, and no-shows into shown appointments via phone, text, and email.

    ·       Work closely with dealer personnel to facilitate smooth consumer experiences.

    ·       Metrics:

    • Convert 28% of all Phone Calls and Leads into Booked Appointments

    • Maintain a 65% Shown Appointment Rate

    • Achieve at least 50 Shown Appointments each month

    Tech & Tools

    ·       Dealer Intelligence and dealer-specific workflows, including:

    • Follow Dealer Intelligence and dealer-specific SOPs

    • Close leads from multiple sources (e.g. Autotrader, CarGurus, Phone, Chat)

    • Follow escalation/notification protocols

    • Update CRMs in real time; log notes in under 90 seconds

    ·       Platform:

    • Windows PCs

    • Google Workspace

    • Dealer Intelligence’s proprietary call-centre platform

    • Integrated Twilio communications interface

    • CRMs like Activix, DealerSocket, and DriveCentric

     

    What You Bring:

    ·       Must-haves:

    • Fluent English required, bilingualism an asset.

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 25 Mbps+ stable internet, hard-wired preferred.

    • Quiet home workspace

    ·       Nice-to-haves - Experience in one or more fast-paced roles such as:

    • Automotive Sales (e.g. OMVIC, AMVIC, VSA, etc.)

    • Finance/Business Office

    • Call Centre/Business Development Centre

    • Collections

    • Food service/waiting tables

    • Gaming
